Not sure which service is right for you? Experiencing breakage, shedding, dryness, thinning, or other hair/scalp concerns? This 20–30 minute virtual consultation allows us to discuss your hair history, current concerns, goals, at-home routine, and recommend the best next step for your healthy hair journey. Your natural hair must be visible and free of braids/extensions during the consultation so it can be properly assessed. A consultation is NOT required to book a New Client Healthy Hair or Restoration service. If you already know which new-client service you need, you may book directly. A consultation IS required for extension services and may be recommended for clients with more complex hair concerns. Consultation fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward services. All required forms must be completed before your appointment. A 5-minute grace period is provided; after 5 minutes without communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the fee forfeited.

The complete starting point for new clients who are ready to begin their healthy hair journey with a silk press. This service includes a customized cleansing experience, smoothing treatment, precision haircut, blow-dry, silk press and style. Your hair and scalp will be assessed throughout the service, and you’ll receive professional recommendations for maintaining your results and reaching your healthy hair goals. Includes: • Customized shampoo + conditioning • Smoothing treatment • Precision haircut • Blow-dry • Silk press + style • Personalized maintenance recommendations

$60.00 deposit required

For new clients experiencing breakage, thinning, shedding or damage, or those who are not yet ready for a silk press. This service allows us to remove compromised ends, restore moisture and prepare your hair for low-manipulation maintenance while we work toward your healthy hair goals. Includes customized cleansing and conditioning, precision haircut, heat protected blow-dry, protective braid-down or precise blowout and personalized restoration recommendations. Choose a blowout if you plan to style your natural hair at home, or a braid-down if you plan to wear a glueless wig. Clients choosing the braid-down must already own or purchase a glueless wig prior to their appointment. Wig and wig installation are not included.
