CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Deposit Policy To respect everyone’s time, please review our updated booking policy: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, no-shows, or arriving 15 minutes late will result in the appointment being canceled and your deposit forfeited. • All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time only, provided a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given. • Rescheduled appointments must be rebooked and completed within 14 days of your original appointment date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Clients are allowed one reschedule with proper notice. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit unless otherwise approved by the owner. • No Call/No Show or same-day cancellations will result in being banned from future bookings, charged 100% of the scheduled service, and deposit forfeited.
