CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy To respect our time and provide appointment availability to all clients, please carefully review the following policies before booking. Cancellations Cancellations must be submitted via text ONLY to 205-600-5576. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment may be rescheduled one time, and your deposit may be transferred to the new appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. Deposits & Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred one time only when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. The rescheduled appointment must be booked and completed within 14 days of the original appointment date. If the appointment is not completed within 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book. Only one reschedule is permitted per appointment unless otherwise approved by the owner. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time are considered a late cancellation. The appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. No Call/No Show If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us prior to your appointment, you will be considered a No Call/No Show once the 15-minute grace period has passed. No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with Ebonee Monae Hair Co. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward the 100% service charge. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. By booking an appointment with Ebonee Monae Hair Co., you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and No Call/No Show policies and authorize applicable charges to the card on file in accordance with these terms.
