Healthy hair starts with a plan. All consultation forms must be completed BEFORE your appointment is accepted. This 20–30 minute virtual consultation is the first step for new clients. Instead of choosing a service based on what you think your hair needs, we’ll take a closer look at your hair history, current concerns, routine, lifestyle, and goals to determine the best path forward. During your consultation, I will: • Review your hair + scalp concerns and history • Visually assess the current condition of your hair (hair needs to be visible in it’s entirety) • Identify the areas we need to prioritize • Determine whether your journey should begin with restoration, maintenance, or enhancement • Recommend the professional service that best supports your current hair needs • Create the foundation for your customized healthy-hair plan A 5-minute grace period is provided; after 5 minutes without communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the fee forfeited.

Your hair and scalp will be assessed throughout the service, and you’ll receive professional recommendations for maintaining your results and reaching your healthy hair goals. For new clients experiencing breakage, thinning, shedding or damage, or those who are not yet ready for a silk press. This service allows us to remove compromised ends, restore moisture and prepare your hair for low-manipulation maintenance while we work toward your healthy hair goals. Includes customized cleansing and conditioning, precision haircut, heat protected blow-dry, protective braid-down or precise blowout and personalized restoration recommendations. Choose a blowout if you plan to style your natural hair at home, or a braid-down if you plan to wear a glueless wig. Clients choosing the braid-down must already own or purchased a glueless wig from Ebonee Monae Hair Co. during consultation prior to their appointment. Wig and wig installation are not included.

Our Scalp Detox is a deep-cleansing treatment designed to refresh and renew your scalp. This service begins with a gentle exfoliation to lift away buildup and flakes, followed by targeted topical solutions that loosen dandruff and impurities at the root. Through relaxing massage techniques, I work the scalp to remove debris, improve circulation, and create the perfect foundation for healthy hair growth. You’ll leave feeling soothed, refreshed, and with a lighter, cleaner scalp that breathes again.
